Trip to Vegas and California

My family traveled from Las Vegas to California, and the Lord graciously guided us throughout the trip. We enjoyed a wonderful time with dear friends, and we experienced no major problems along the way. I stayed in Las Vegas with my uncle’s family for two days and ate some of the best spicy noodles with a whole squid in the bowl and Korean cold noodle and BBQ. No, I did not gamble. It was very tempting eveyry time I passed by fancy slot machines.

While in California, I preached at two different churches (New Life Vision Church and Ceritos Mission Church) and visited the headquarters of Joni and Friends. I also had the privilege of meeting Joni in person, which was as meaningful as you can imagine. She is truly one of my heroes of faith. In addition, I met with the leaders of Shalom Disability Ministry (Moses Park and Sungchil Park), one of our KGC DMin professors, Joonmin Kang, as well as Pastor Dae Hyuk Yoon, Pastor Kyong Kim, Pastor An Hwan, Pastor Philip Yoon, and my best friend. It was a deeply blessed time.

I was deeply grateful for their support, prayers, and time. Their faith and sacrificial effort for the kingdom of God encouraged me and renewed my motivation. Thank you for your prayers and support as well.
