Recent Updates

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!

Approximately three weeks ago, a severe hailstorm struck my neighborhood, causing significant damage to certain parts of my house's roof and rendering the garage door inoperable. Unfortunately, the garage was my only means of accessing the outside world, leaving me feeling somewhat trapped. However, I was incredibly fortunate to have friends like Rich and Maurine, who not only checked up on me but also offered their assistance in managing the situation. As their friend and fellow believer in Christ, I draw inspiration from their lives of service and humility. As someone with a disability, the feeling of being unable to leave my house made their help all the more meaningful. My hope and prayer are that we can cultivate a fellowship of sisters and brothers that embodies the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.

I want to share some exciting updates on the recent happenings in our ministry.

1. Sharing Testimony with Denver Seminary Board:

I recently had the privilege of sharing my testimony with the esteemed board members of Denver Seminary. It was a wonderful opportunity to convey the transformative power of God’s love in my life and how it has shaped our ministry. I am grateful for the chance to connect with the leadership of this esteemed institution.

2. Participation in Denver Seminary Engage 360 Podcast:

I was honored to be invited by Denver Seminary Engage 360to participate in their podcast. During the podcast, we delved into thought-provoking discussions on my testimonial book, faith, and spreading the Gospel. It was a fruitful experience, and I look forward to sharing the podcast episode with you once it becomes available.

3. Article Publication on Calvin’s Doctrine of the Church:

I recently wrote a short article in Korean, exploring Calvin’s doctrine of the church as the mother of all believers. The article has been published on Christian Daily, a renowned platform. Although it is currently available only in Korean, I am working on translating it into English to share on our ministry website. Meanwhile, if you understand Korean, I encourage you to visit Christian Daily and check out the article

4. Ongoing Writing Projects:

I am delighted to inform you about two ongoing writing projects. The first project focuses on sharing stories of disability ministries, highlighting the incredible work and testimonies of individuals dedicated to serving God and his marginalized and vulnerable people. Through these stories, we aim to spread awareness and inspire others to join this vital mission of love and compassion.

The second writing project revolves around an exploration of Leviticus 21 and disability. This passage has sparked controversial debates due to its seemingly negative portrayal of people with disabilities. However, I am undertaking the task of reinterpreting this passage through the lens of God’s compassion and disability hermeneutics, shedding light on a fresh perspective that will foster understanding and inclusivity.

As we continue our journey in ministry, I humbly request your prayers for God’s strength and wisdom. Your intercession makes a significant difference, and we deeply appreciate your continuous support. Together, let us seek his guidance and blessings for the endeavors ahead.

Thank you once again for your unwavering prayer and support. Your partnership in the Kingdom work is invaluable, and we are grateful for your presence in our lives.

May God's grace and peace abound in your lives abundantly!
